Products Description
Inverter Welding Machine is named the welding machine by the working principle.
"Inversion" and "rectification" are two opposite concepts. Rectification is the process of converting alternating current into direct current, while inversion is the process of converting direct current into alternating current.
Due to the high frequency induction welding machine use the Inverter technology when welding the pipe seam online, sometime people call the machine as inverter welding machine. We use the SCR technology on AC-DC part, MOSFET technology on DC-AC inverter part.
the Inverter Welding Machine is specially designed for straight seam welding. It adopts high power components of US IR IRFP460 MOSFET and Germany IXYS Company DSEI60-06A rapid recovery diode. The high power capacitor C and inductor coil L compose current-mode parallel upper-voltage resonance circuit, which doesn’t need output transformer. Thus, it not only improves the efficiency, but also increases the reliability of the welder.
Packing Details
We adopt the strong export standard wooden package to pack the inverter welding machine, perfectly protect the machine well received by customer.
We also will reinforce the package very stably in the container, ensure no shake and movement during the transportation.
